A chalet overlooking the Mont Blanc

In Courmayeur, in the Aosta Valley, architect Silvia Zauli, supported by the Spotti interior designer team, designed the interiors of a chalet surrounded by nature. The common thread between the rooms of the house is, as per tradition, wood, reinterpreted with a contemporary taste in the custom-made furnishings designed by the architect

Color and materiality characterize the Valcucine kitchen, which is developed with an opaque black linear module with a granite top, as opposed to the central island in cornfield yellow glass. A successful choice, capable of giving a special brightness to the environment, enhancing the spaces and finishes. In the dining room, the chandelier with imposing shapes is at the center of the scene, inspired by the mountain tradition and which was specially made according to the architect's design.

The outdoor furniture, from the sofa overlooking the woods to the outdoor dining corner, are tailor-made by architect Zauli. Made of wood, they reflect the internal style of the house and offer a space to relax even in the open air, entering into perfect harmony with the nature that surrounds them.
