cc-tapis is a company founded by Nelcya and Fabrizio Cantoni in France that has been producing rugs for 16 years, all completely hand-knotted by expert Tibetan artisans in Nepal. Innovative raw materials, patterns and weaving techniques are key parts of its success. A strong respect for the materials and culture of this ancient craft is reflected in the company's ecological approach, from hand-spinning the softest Himalayan wool to using purified rainwater for washing.
