Erik Magnussen
Erik Magnussen, born in 1940 in Copenhagen, was a Danish ceramist and designer. He studied as a ceramist at the School of Applied Arts and Design in Copenhagen. He subsequently worked collaborating with many companies, including Bing & Grøndahl, Fritz Hansen and Stelton. His designs, which are still exhibited in international museums today, earned him the Lunning prize in 1967 and the Furniture prize in 1977, followed by many others. He passed away in 2004.
