Germans Ermičs
Germans Ermičs is a Latvian designer, born in Riga in 1985. He studied design in Denmark, doing an internship in the Rasmus Koch studio in Copenhagen. In 2007 he co-founded the Latvian cultural magazine Veto, where he worked as artistic director, while continuing his studies at the Design Academy Eindhoven, in the Man & Living department. He opened his own studio in Amsterdam in 2014. His work is characterized by his graphic design background, which allows him to have a fresh and modern approach to design, and his experimentation with different materials, especially glass, and perception of space.
