Description-
Maggiolina is an armchair by Zanotta designed by Marco Zanuso in the late 1940s for a competition organized by the MoMA in New York. Initially conceived as an economic and dismountable armchair, it is characterized by a curved tubular steel structure from which a canvas "sack" is hung whose pockets accommodate two plywood panels, inserted to support two padded cushions dedicated respectively to the seat and back. The result is a construction system designed for mass industrial production. Right of withdrawal not applicable.
