Marie Michielssen

Marie Michielssen is a designer who has been working for the Belgian brand Serax for over twenty years. She has created countless designs inspired by everyday life and meant to be functional, but without sacrificing the aesthetics of each of her works. Hers is a graphic designer training, which led her to open her own studio in 1995 where she worked as a decorator of terracotta vases. The growth in demand for her products subsequently led her to collaborate with Serax, for which she designs two collections each year.
