The first Meridiani collection, born in 1996 from the collaboration of Laura Ferrario Crosti and Andrea Parisio, the brand's designer and artistic director, brought to the stage a classic taste revisited in a contemporary key. Plinto is an iconic table with sculptural shapes designed by Andrea Parisio for Meridiani. Its name refers to the architectural element that serves as a support for the columns, from the Latin "plinthus".
