Michel Charlot

Michel Charlot is a Swiss industrial designer, born in Lausanne in 1984. After graduating from ÉCAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne) in 2009, he worked for Jasper Morrison Ltd. In 2011 he opened his own studio and started working for brands such as Vitra, Belux, Kettal and Muji. Since 2013 he has taught Industrial Design at ÉCAL and Tama University in Tokyo. In the same year he won the Design Preis Schweiz and the Swiss Design Award.
