Sebastian Herkner

Sebastian Herkner, born in 1981, is a German designer. He studied product design at the HfG Offenbach University of Art and Design where he began to devote himself to the design of furniture and objects, experimenting with new technologies combined with craftsmanship. Develop a strong sense for materials, colors and textures that take care of every detail. In 2006 his first studio and began collaborations with important international companies such as ClassiCon, GUBI, Pulpo and Zanotta. Herkner also creates interior architecture projects, museum and exhibition installations. His works and his talent have been rewarded with various awards such as the Iconic Award and the Elle Deco International Design Award and finally in 2011 he was awarded the German Design Award for the newcomers category.
