Tokujin Yoshioka
Tokujin Yoshioka is a Japanese designer and architect. Born in Saga in 1967, he graduated in 1988 at the Kuwazawa Design Institute and subsequently worked at studios of big names such as Shiro Kuramata and Issey Miyake. In 2000 he founded Tokujin Yoshika Inc. His works are exhibited as part of the permanent collections in some of the most important museums in the world, such as MoMa in New York and Musée d'Orsay in Paris. Throughout his career he has received several awards and has been nominated as Designer of the Year by Design Miami and Elle Deco International.
