Jean Prouvé designed the Fauteil de Salon in 1939, an armchair that perfectly represents his aesthetics. A seat with a balanced character, which adapts to a wide variety of contexts. The thick padding, supported by the voluminous back legs, is made more welcoming by the solid wood armrests. In autumn 2022, Vitra updates the palette to include some original Prouvé colours: the finishes already present are joined by Gris Vermeer, Bleu Dynastie, Blé Vert, Bleu Marcoule.
