Born in Canada, Lukas Peet moved to the Netherlands in 2005 to attend the prestigious industrial design program at the Design Academy Eindhoven. In 2009 he returned to Canada and founded Lukas/Peet Design, active in the fields of product design, interior design, graphic design and public space. Lukas recently had his first solo exhibition at the Design Exchange in Toronto and received the inaugural RBC Emerging Designer Award in 2014.

Rudi Loop 02, designed in 2011 by Lukas Peet for Roll & Hill, is part of a series of suspension lamps that takes its name from the designer's father, Rudi, who was a jeweller. With a simple and linear design, they are made with bent metal tubes that support the hand-shaped glass, which contains the light source. Hand-knotted ropes on the metal end of the lamp support the fixtures. Integrated light bulb (11W LED 240V). Right of withdrawal not applicable.
