KOYORI is a Japanese design brand bringing together leading manufacturers and contemporary designers from Japan and around the world. The brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, born respectively in 1971 and 1976 in Quimper, are a duo of French designers. They study at the École Nationale des Arts Décoratifs in Paris and at the École des Beaux-Arts in Cergy-Pontoise. Ronan immediately began working as an independent designer after completing his studies, with the help of his younger brother, still a student. Since 1999, the brothers have been working together in their associated studio in Paris, where they create designer furniture, vases, tableware and accessories for home and office interiors. From 2002 they began to collaborate with the Vitra brand.
