Founded in 2010 by designer Jason Miller, the brand was born from the desire to work with the best creatives, offering an exclusive and small-scale production, more like a boutique studio than a large company. Roll & Hill's production is commissioned and personalized according to the needs of each customer. Each piece is hand-assembled at their headquarters in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
Paul Loebach
Paul Loebach was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio amid the industrial landscape of the American Midwest. Descended from a long line of German woodworkers, his father is a manufacturing engineer who developed new plastic forming technologies for Union Carbide in the 1970s. Paul sees his projects as an idealistic fusion of his family’s distant and more recent history. After graduating from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2002, Paul moved to New York City and established a design studio. He specializes in wood furniture and emerging manufacturing technologies.
