Paolo Rizzatto

Paolo Rizzatto is an Italian architect and designer, born in Milan in 1941. He graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 1966 and co-founded the Luceplan company with Riccardo Sarfatti in 1978. From his studio on Via Savona in Milan, he works in architecture, design, and lighting, and holds courses and conferences at numerous universities, including the Politecnico di Milano, Columbia University in New York, and the Cranbrook Center in Detroit. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards, including five Compasso d'Oro Awards, and has designed for brands such as Artemide, Cassina, Flos, and Poltrone Frau.
