atelier oï was founded in 1991 in La Neuveville, Switzerland, by Aurel Aebi, Armand Louis, and Patrick Reymond. Its name derives from the Russian term "troika," meaning a group of three. With team spirit and an intimate relationship with materials, for nearly 30 years, Atelier Oï has been committed to dissolving gender barriers and fostering transdisciplinary creativity.
